Ordering and Shipping


Fax or Mail:
Orders can be faxed 24 hours a day and on weekends. Fax it to us at (918) 968-1955. We will fax a confirmation of the order and the total dollar amount to the fax number supplied on the order form. To mail the order print and send to Rt. 66 Restoration Supplies 201 West Main Stroud OK, 74079.

Many items can be pruchased directly from the website by clicking the "add to cart" button next the item you wish to purchase. Unfortunately, some items can't be purchased online and you must call, email, or fax to purchase those items.


Back Orders:
If an item isn't available we will ship it as soon as possible. You will not be charged for a B/O until it is shipped.

Payment methods are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, & discover only), Paypal, or C.O.D. payable by check or money order. Checks can be cashier's or personal. If paying by personal check we ask that you provide the bank's phone number. Thirty day business accounts may be applied for after customer relations has been established.

If there has been a price increase on an item ordered that was not reflected we will notify you before the order is processed.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Method:
We normally ship via UPS Ground. Next day, 2nd day and Three Day Select are also available for added fees. Most orders will be shipped the same day we receive them. UPS can not ship to a P.O. Box. We can also send your order via U.S. Postal Service if you request.

Extra Fees:
C.O.D. shipments will include an extra $9.50. All items followed with (OS) are oversized and may require additional shipping. Shipments sent to residential and some home based business addresses do incur an added fee from UPS.

All UPS orders are insured. Open & inspect package immediately and notify us within 48 hours of any damages. Be sure to keep all original shipping and packing materials.

What if you receive your order and it's not what you needed or thought it was? Not a problem at all, just package it securely, enclose the original receipt and return it to us for exchange, or refund. We ask that you please call to notify us of a problem with an order before it is returned.
